Can I contact your couriers?

 

You may contact the couriers, Skylark Hire will contact the lessee that elects the delivery option and determine a time for delivery. If for some reason the delivery is late the delivery driver will contact the lessee.

 

Long term hire arrangements. 

 

Skylark Hire offers competitive prices for long term hire arrangements. If you are looking to hire lighting, audio or dj equipment for an extended period of time please conatct us and we will discuss the long term hire service and tailor a solution to your specific needs.

 

 

 

Services

 

 

Skylark Hire offers delivery and setup services to help make your event care free. 

Delivery - If you require your order to be delivered please inform us during the check out stage. Equipment delivery is offered free in Brisbane on orders over $80.oo. 

 

Skylark Hire will nominate the day & time in which your Delivery and/or Collection occurs. We are flexible with pick up and delivery times depending on the amount of deliveries for that day. Collection or pick up of equipment will usually be the next day. Saturday night rentals, the equipment will be picked up by 7pm the next Monday or on Sunday if previously arranged with the customer and Skylark Hire.

 

Setup

 

Often customers ask for the equipment to be setup. If the lessee elects this service Skylark Hire staff will effectively and efficiently setup the equipment for you. Setup can take no longer than half and hour, so please allow access and clear passage for the Setup team. Setup costs are an additional charge of $50 per 1 HOUR, same goes for pack down (bus out). Larger Customised Setups (LCS) such as festivals, large functions will require an operator. Operators are also qualified audio engineers keeping your event safe and functioning properly. 

 

Operators

 

If you require an audio engineer for a band, event, function, or someone to rig lighting for your next event then please contact us to discuss the operators services and fees. Operators are tarined in large events, entertainment technical services such as rigging, audio mixing, setups and pack down, long cable managment, alternative power supplies and general enetrtainment technical activities.

How do I pick and return an item?

 

If the customer elects to pick up and return the equipment then Skylark Hire will contact you and provide you with the pick up and return details. Usually pick ups are on the day the hire before 4pm, and the returns the following day before 7pm.

 

What is your returns policy?

 

For Skylark Hire to confirm your order, the lessee will require to charge the credit card for the full amount at the time of booking. Once a booking and payment on a credit card has been confirmed this payment is non-refundable due to the nature of booking inventory. If equipment is faulty for fault of the equipment Skylark Hire will endeavour to replace the faulty equipment if inside the operational business hours or the lessee can elect a credit/refund of the cost of the faulty equipment. The Lessee must inform Skylark Hire as soon as possible of faults. Amendments are subject to availability. Once an order is compete Skylark Hire assumes the lesse has read and understood the Hire Terms & Conditions. The customers/lessee's must have the required identification documents to hire equipment from Skylark Hire the identification terms and conditions when picking up or receiving hire equipment. Any losses or damages to equipment will be invoiced to the Lesse/hirer.
